Hi, I'm Ira Bornstein and today we are discussing Point of Sale Software solutions. The first thing you need to consider with Point of Sale Solution, is what you actually looking to accomplish. Obviously with a Point of Sale solution the first thing you will be looking to accomplish, is to ring somebody's transaction up. Most of the Point of sale solution as well, also handle inventory management. In some businesses maybe a salon or an appointment base business, you would want to manage appointments as well. And then staff management and client management are also components of any of the newer Point of Sale solution.

But you need to consider your training, and your support because in some businesses staff may turn over frequently and you will need to consider those changes that occur.

Obviously How much? is also a major consideration. Software solutions can be either a monthly service such as those software service solutions we discussed earlier that will just be a monthly fee. You will also want to discuss purchasing vs. leasing, those options would either be a lump sum of front, such as a purchase or to stretch out payments, many people lease their Point of Sale solutions.
